本校中一收生持续以第一组别(Band1)为主，学校校风、学风深受家长、社区人士肯定及赞赏。

2022-2023年·由中一开始开设全英语班。

本校过去数年平均入读本地及海内外大学学士学位百分率超过八成，2022-2023年为86.7%。

北京清华大学及復旦大学将本校纳入为「优秀学校校长推荐计划」名单，本校学生通过此计划成功获录取。

每年均有多名学生被选入教育局资助生培训计划，此外，在连续多届北区优秀学生评选中获奖，包括冠军、亚军、优异、有效国队奖等。
